The In-Between Season- Why The Hell Not Meetup

  • Ember SLC 623 State St Salt Lake City, UT 84111 (map)

After a season of mindful resetting, The Little Wellness Place is excited to reintroduce our practitioners, offer you new tools, & reconnect with you- in a beautiful space, with Ember SLC.

The In-Between Season is a chance to realign energy and intentions between the inward season of winter and the high-energy days of summer.

Spring is the time of planting the new and clearing what is completed. We have designed our most hands-on Why the Hell Not, yet. Space is limited due to the intimacy of the night. Think: 3-hour retreat with us, in downtown Salt Lake!

At this experiential evening, you will:

  • Explore challenge & transition from a behavioral-psychology approach with Rachelle Ballard, MS Ex. Phys. & Wellness of Into the Woods Wellness

  • Drop into your body for a supportive movement practice

  • Explore sensory activation meditations

  • Enjoy a bright, experiential dinner with Savannah Lavenstein, Nutrition & Body-Image CHC of Evergreen Healing

  • Leave with nutritional recommendations for supporting seasonal shifts

  • Learn Chinese Medicinal theories & techniques for treating transition from Amanda Valenti, MSTOM, L.Ac of Valenti Acupuncture

  • Receive a take-home tool for self-treatment

  • Connect with your community

  • Reconnect with your intentions for 2019

  • Exit feeling resourced for the increasing energy of the transitional time

Direct any questions to info@thelittlewellnessplace.com, we are always happy to connect with you!

Please note that due to the intentional ingredients of each part of the evening, ticket sales close March 15th. We recommend reserving your spot, early!

Wear clothes you can move and sit in, bring a journal if you'd like. You will receive take home tools for helping your whole self shift into the new season.

$50, March 22nd 6-9pm, 623 State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84111
